Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of order placement.
  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 30 business days from the date of order or the pre-order release date, whichever is later.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available, unless you contact us to arrange split shipping.

Shipping Methods

Once your order is processed, shipping times will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delays

While we strive to meet our processing timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delays are expected with your order.
